OccuLogix (TEAR), the maker of treatments for dry eyes, surged 73 cents, or 48%, to $2.25 today, again making the stock the top gainer on the Nasdaq. Volume was again robust at more than 4.5 times the daily average. Today's gain comes on the heels of a 27% pop on Monday.
